Courtney Smith
Director of Fitness
As Director, Courtney is committed to helping our members navigate all of the fitness opportunities available at Southside. She welcomes any and all fitness inquiries: Courtney@sshf.club

In a nutshell: Originally from Southern Indiana, Courtney moved to Lafayette in late 2016 with her husband and their four young children. She has been working in the fitness industry for almost 20 years.

Specialties: Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Functional Fitness, Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Kettlebell Proficiency

Fun Fact: Courtney was an NCAA D1 Athletic Scholarship Recipient and even after four children, still believes in training with the same athletic intensity
