Group Fitness is a key component to our Members' success! Our classes provide motivation, accountability, variety and FUN! Group Fitness is also an opportunity to learn new things and to ensure you are executing proper form. All of our Instructors are qualified, engaging and excited to serve the Southside community!

Courtney Smith

 

Director of Fitness

In a nutshell: Originally from Southern Indiana, Courtney moved to Lafayette in late 2016 with her husband and their four young children. She has been working in the fitness for almost 20 years.

Specialties: Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Functional Fitness, Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Kettlebell Proficiency

Fun Fact: Courtney was an NCAA D1 Athletic Scholarship Recipient and even after four children, still believes in training with the same athletic intensity.

Nicole Hansen

Group Fitness Instructor

 

In a Nutshell: Nicole has been a fitness instructor for over 5 years; she enjoys making fitness accessible to men and women at any stage of their fitness journey. She has 2 boys who love going to the gym and can't wait to join her in class! Nicole has also taught students with special needs for over 12 years.

Fun Fact: Nicole makes a mean Mac and Cheese!
